Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm currently trying out various products from the HAKU series. This product is a gel-type lotion, so it's easy to use. It spreads smoothly on the face and isn't sticky. It has no scent, so it's stress-free. I used the amount as instructed, a little more every morning and night, without being stingy, but I wonder if it lasted for two months...? I didn't notice the whitening effect right away, and I don't think I could maintain it for two months at this price.
I was intrigued by the words "gel-type whitening lotion" and ended up buying it without thinking. I use HAKU's Melanofocus, so I trust it. I incorporate it into my nighttime skincare routine. Since it's a gel, it spreads well and doesn't feel sticky. My skin was shiny and radiant until I washed my face the next morning. Even after washing my face, my skin felt moisturized and smooth. I think it's an item that has satisfactory moisturizing power. I wish it came in a refill.
I'm a lotion lover, and I was lost when I bought this gel. The way it absorbs smoothly into my skin is a new sensation. It's not refreshing, nor is it sticky, but rather plumps up my skin. It also absorbs quickly, which is great.
