Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive lips, so even using just one remover for touch-ups can make them dry, but this one was fine even after repeated use. It has a subtle, pleasant scent and is great value for money. The makeup remover I'm currently using doesn't remove my eye makeup, so I had no choice but to buy a point makeup remover. At first, I forgot to shake it, and I thought it was a bit disappointing, but then I remembered that it's a two-layer product, so you have to shake it! I did, and it removed my makeup beautifully. It's not exactly a no-rub remover, but after letting it soak in a bit and rubbing it a few times, it even removed waterproof mascara. I mainly use it around my eyes and mouth, and then wipe my whole face lightly, and then I use Elixir Hot Gel makeup remover to remove all my makeup.
I'm a repeat buyer. It's inexpensive and removes makeup well, so I love it.
