Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
The color isn't too bright, so even if you apply it carelessly, it will look like you've applied it well! I use the Styling Eye Zone Compact together, and the color is natural and beautiful, so I plan to continue using it! However, in terms of staying power, it doesn't seem to be that durable, so a 100 yen eyebrow coat is a must!
I tried changing the shape of the pencil tip, but as I've gotten older and my eyebrows have thinned, I found the regular pencil type easier to use. I like the color.
I've tried other products a few times, but I always end up coming back to this one. The shape makes it easy to apply, and the color suits me. It doesn't come off even when I sweat, and best of all, the price is great because if you already have the original, you only need to buy the refill. I sometimes use it in combination with powder brows.
I should have looked carefully, but I ended up buying it without realizing it was a refill. Unfortunately, the dedicated holder was not available at Suzykirei, so I had to look for it at another store.
It's easy to write with and the color is just right, so this is my second purchase.
