Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I accidentally bought the round type. I personally find the flat type easier to use, but I think it's better for creating thin eyebrows. The core is a bit hard.
It's very easy to draw!
It's lighter than I expected, but the color is natural and easy to apply. The holder is easy to set up and simple to use, so I'm thinking of buying it again!
I've been using this pencil for many years because it's thin, easy to draw on, and doesn't fade easily. It's very convenient for adding details to the end of your brows or other finer details. It's a little disappointing that the tip can break depending on how much pressure you use, but the brush on the other side is very easy to use, and even though I use other eyebrow pencils, this is an item I always keep in my purse. I'd be even happier if it came in brighter colors.
It's easy to apply and doesn't come off, so I keep buying it. It's not too expensive and looks cute, so I love it.
