Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It lathers well and creates a thick, fluffy lather that feels like it cleanses thoroughly. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, and it's a great product with a good price and value for money.
My acne has improved. Refreshing type
I was glad that my skin didn't feel tight after washing. I have sensitive skin, so some products can sting, but this doesn't cause that and is easy to use.
It has a strong cleansing power, which is perfect for my oily skin, so I keep buying it. I don't think it's suitable for people with dry skin. A small amount creates a nice lather, and after rinsing, I feel refreshed! I also feel like the blackheads in my pores have improved a little.
I think that no matter what face wash I use, it's the same, so a cheap one like this is fine.
