Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

A small amount creates a rich, fluffy foam. The foam lasts well and you can wash without losing it until the very end. It cleanses clean without making your skin feel tight, and it leaves your skin feeling moisturized. I like the solid products in the Yonehada-san series, but I also like this cream. Maybe it's because the cream is a little darker...lol. I somehow feel like the cream is more effective at cleaning pores.
I think the most important thing about washing your face is that it doesn't leave your skin feeling tight for a while after washing. Even though I used this in December, my skin still felt moisturized after washing without any dryness. I use a foaming net to create a lather and then place it on my skin as I wash. The lather doesn't drip and maintains a plump, rich lather, leaving my skin feeling moisturized after washing.
It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, and it's not particularly moisturizing, but it lathers well, and I've been buying it again and again because I want the charcoal and clay to remove dullness and dirt from pores.It's also reasonably priced, so I'm very happy with it.
