Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a refreshing texture, is gentle on the skin, has low irritation, and is moisturizing, making it an extremely comfortable item to use. I also had the impression that it calmed down my rough skin. However, in terms of cost performance, it's a little out of my league, so I'm finding it hard to continue using it, so I'm giving it 4 stars ^^;
It's amazing, I really felt that a proper lotion is amazing haha. I had a bunch of pimples on my forehead so I tried using this and it was really soothing, but I have normal skin on my cheeks so I think it would be better to switch to a moisturizing lotion in the morning as it can dry out the skin!
I first started using it after receiving it. It doesn't smudge even on my dry, atopic skin, and when I wipe it off with cotton, it removes the excess dead skin cells, leaving my skin relatively smooth and moisturized.
I use it in combination with the water cleansing, and it's my go-to for those days when my skin feels tingly!
It's very mild and doesn't hurt your eyes if it gets in them. It's not viscous and has a watery texture. It may not be suitable for those who are looking for extra functions in their lotion, but I think that a lotion only needs moderate moisturizing, so I haven't used anything else for the past few years.
