Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to try out Skinville's hot cleanser. It feels good to use and has a sweet grapefruit scent that I like. The only problem is that it's very hard to get it out of the container due to its hard texture. I have to use force every time I use it, as if I'm being tested on my lack of strength. Other than that, I have a good impression.
I bought it after seeing the commercial. It contains plenty of beauty essence, so it feels like you're massaging your skincare routine. It removes dullness and has a refreshing scent. It's very pleasant to use and removes makeup well!
Anyway, I kept buying it because of the nice citrus scent and the fact that it's a hot cleanser that improves blood flow. I felt the warmth when I first started using it, but it seems to go away after a while?? The disappointing thing is that the cleansing power is weak, and even after washing once, the base makeup left on the towel can be faintly stained. I'm starting to worry about pigmentation of my eye makeup, so I might try a different product next time.
It has a refreshing scent and a nice warming sensation. The gel is gentle on the skin and removes makeup. It also clears pores and doesn't feel dry.
I was looking for a hot cleanser and found this one at a reasonable price, so I bought it. It's a bit hard, so I thought it might be a burden on my skin at first, but it became softer as it was absorbed. It was good because it was warmer than I expected for a cheap price. After removing it, my skin became very dry. I don't dislike it, but I don't think I'll buy it again.
