It adheres wonderfully to the skin without being sticky! I felt that it was strong from the first time I used it. I used it while exercising outside in August in the middle of summer, and thanks to its adhesion, it is resistant to sweat and I can really see why it is designed for athletes. The foundation on my fingertips when applying it also adheres so well that I have to use oil to remove it while I'm putting on my makeup, so I think it might be a bit difficult if you're short on time.
