I've always wanted a liquid highlighter from Dior, but I wasn't sure I'd be able to use it up before the expiration date, so I bought this one because it was smaller, cheaper, and easier to buy. I have summer undertones and usually use 21 Korean cushion foundation. I chose 03 because the color matched my skin well. I apply it on my cheekbones and under my eyebrows, and it's beautiful and shiny. The glitter is quite strong, but I like it at this level, so it's just right. I'm happy with the quality for 600 yen. It's a cream type, so it doesn't powder out, which is nice.
I bought this because I wanted a cheap highlighter. The blue and silver glitter is fresh! The glitter is quite strong. But it's not too shiny. I take it with my fingers and apply it by tapping. I mainly use it only on the C zone. I bought a blue makeup base, so this is a great match for the days when I use it. In other words, it increases the transparency! I think it's a blue highlighter that warm-toned people can use without worrying too much.
