I used the sample that came with the Christmas mascara set. First of all, it's like a regular face cream. If it were an eye cream, it would be thicker, but it doesn't feel like it gives any firmness to my lashes.

The tightness around the eyes is gone. 2022/06/29 Update: I started using it in April and it's the end of June and it's almost gone. I thought it would last about six months, but it's only been two months. I only use it about three nights a week, so maybe I used too much? The effect is definitely that the eyes are plumper the day after use, the skin quality is better, and eye makeup goes on well.
