It's very gentle on the skin, so it doesn't irritate the skin and doesn't cause acne. With other powders, I get worried about the shine right away, but I like how it doesn't make my skin shiny. However, I feel like it doesn't apply well to the skin when using a puff. I put some on the lid and then apply it with a brush.
It's a powder that becomes very smooth when applied. It doesn't dry out, clog pores, or leave a white cast! The color of the powder is off-white, not pure white, so it blends well with the skin. It doesn't contain pearls or glitter, so it doesn't give you a glowing skin finish that glows from within, but it gives you a natural finish that's perfect for everyday use. It's easy to cleanse, and I think it's a very good powder.
Usually, the area of my cheeks that come into contact with masks stings, but when I tried this, I was so impressed that there was no redness or stinging, even in the evening! The moist texture seemed to prevent dryness, so I'm looking forward to using it in the coming season. It's 100% silk and the price is very reasonable, so it's easy to buy again and again.
I bought it because it was cheap and made in Japan, and it was 100% silk. I thought silk powder was good for dry skin. Hmm, the powder is hard to get out. And it comes out in clumps. The puff is small but good, and it doesn't run out even if you use it every day considering its size, and it's good because it doesn't get too much foundation on the mask. I think it has a decent amount of coverage. I don't think it causes any irritation. It was fine even when I used it on rough skin. It's weak against humidity and sweat after all. It gets sticky. But it seems to be gentle on the skin, so I'm going to use it up.
I bought the face powder, Silk Powder, from a drugstore because it's made in Japan, is cheap, and seems safe. It's an excellent powder, and it makes my skin smooth. However, on busy mornings, when I take the puff and finish it off, the powder flies all over the place. Maybe it's just because I'm in a hurry, but if it weren't for that, it's a great, inexpensive, and perfect product.
