The amount you use is about the size of a pearl. It's a light-textured gel cream. I have combination skin, so I really like how it feels when I use it. It spreads easily and leaves a fresh, moisturizing feeling.
It was quite pricey, but it was very moisturizing and blended well with my skin, so it was easy to use and I'm glad I did. I really liked it, so I'd definitely like to buy it again. It was easy to use and I'm glad I did.

Contains extracts from Japanese Akoya pearls and silk ingredients that strengthen the skin's barrier function. Apparently, this silk ingredient is expensive. It moisturizes deep into the skin! It spreads smoothly like silk and blends into the skin. I thought it felt relatively light to use. It's packed with a lot of lotion, so it's probably just right that it's not too heavy. I think it's perfect for my combination skin. The full-sized packaging is really cute. Also, the full-sized product comes with a spatula.
I participated in the Tatcha online trial session. It is said to be a gel cream with rich moisture that gives you pearly, lustrous skin. I used it together with Tatcha Rice Polish Classic and Tatcha Essence, and out of the three, I felt the scent the most. I also like the herbal-like strength. This gel cream feels like it melts with the warmth of your skin, like butter. It is smooth and not sticky. For a cream, which is the finishing touch to skincare, it seems a little on the light side, but it feels just right when used after your skin has been saturated with a generous amount of Tatcha Essence.
