I ordered it from L'Occitane's official website. It's a newly released cleansing water. I ordered it because I wanted to try it out. I've been using Koh Gen Do's cleansing water for a while now to remove my point makeup. In comparison, this doesn't remove mascara as well. In the end, I had to use Koh Gen Do to remove it. I won't be buying it again.
I use it in the morning instead of a cleansing lotion. It's moisturizing and has a refreshing scent that's soothing.
I had been using L'Occitane's other thick, plant-based cleansing water, which has a similar name to Cleansing Water 31, but I could no longer find it on the web, so I had no choice but to purchase this one. However, recently, this one has also become one of my favorites. It has a gentle scent and is easy to use. It can be used as a substitute for lotion or a wipe-off lotion, so it is very easy to use. It can remove most of the sloppy makeup that you normally apply, so the serum or cream you use next will also penetrate better, so I use it often. It is especially useful on cold mornings when washing your face is too much of a bother.
I often use it in place of washing my face in the morning, and it wipes off thoroughly and leaves my skin moisturized after use. Even when used as a cleanser, it removed light makeup without leaving any residue. The scent is a little different from the Shea series, with a citrus (orange) scent that feels refreshing. I bought it on a whim, but I really liked it.
