Bioderma Sensibio H2O from France is a cleansing water that does not require rinsing, and is designed for delicate skin. It does not irritate the skin, and just lightly rubs in to properly absorb even hard-to-remove makeup, such as waterproof eye makeup. It not only removes makeup, but also balances the moisture in the stratum corneum, soothing and moisturizing the skin. Since it does not require rinsing, it is also convenient for touching up makeup at the office or on an airplane.

I was using oil cleansing, but I was worried about dryness, so I tried this product. It has a refreshing feel, but it doesn't make my skin feel tight, so it's comfortable to use. It's also great that you don't need to rinse it off with water, so it's easy to use. However, it was hard to remove mascara, so I used a mascara remover. I think this product is right for me, so I plan to buy it again.
This is the only cleanser I can use because I have very sensitive skin. I have tried many cleansers, mainly milk, cream, oil, and gel, which are said to be for sensitive skin, but they were all too strong or too weak, and I was at a loss as to what to do. However, after I had a mole removed from my face, I used this to cleanse my face while avoiding the tape area during the downtime. Then, my skin became smooth and my skin irritation improved, so I decided to buy it again! Although a cleanser that you wash off is ideal, I will continue to use this for a while. By the way, I use a soap-removable product for my base makeup, and other products that do not come off with soap, but I can remove them without any problems. A little bit of mascara and eyeliner remains, but if I use a foam face wash after taking a bath, it comes off completely. I recommend this to people with sensitive skin!
I bought this after it was recommended to me by Plaza. I was looking for something good to use as my skin is very dry on a daily basis, and this was recommended to me. I use it as a cleanser, face wash, and then as a wipe-off toner. After that, I use toner, serum, and emulsion. In the morning, I wash my face with lukewarm water, apply it to the puff, and then use the wipe-off toner, toner, serum, UV emulsion, and foundation. Until now, my face would get dry and itchy in the evening, but since I started using this, I no longer feel dry. I wish I had found this sooner.
There are times when you just don't have the energy to remove your makeup, right? For those times, I always have this and this eye remover on hand. I've been using it for almost 20 years. If you buy it on Amazon, it's really good value for money, and there's no problem with parallel imports. I'll probably use it for the rest of my life.
