I received this as part of a giveaway from suzykirei. Thank you. It's a scalp care shampoo and conditioner, but neither of them have the strong cooling sensation that scalp care products often have, but rather a very mild cooling sensation, and I was able to use them without any discomfort even at this time of year when it's still chilly at night ^. ^ I have hair that dries out easily, so I thought that scalp care products would make my hair rough after washing. but that wasn't the case at all, and everything was the opposite of what I expected! The shampoo has a cream-like texture, but it lathers well and holds my hair well, and I liked the moderate refreshing feeling ^. ^ The conditioner also said to be used not only on the ends of the hair but also on the scalp, so I used it that way, and the next morning it didn't feel sticky, and I liked how it held my hair better than my usual shampoo and conditioner. As expected from Aveda! I thought it was a high-end shampoo and conditioner that costs about 5,000 yen for a 200ml size, but as the season of sweating becomes more and more intense, scalp care and head odor will be a concern, so I will continue to use it regularly. It is also highly recommended for those who want to care for their scalp but don't like strong cooling sensations, or for those with dry hair.
I recommend this to anyone who suffers from itchy scalp. It doesn't seem to have any effect on repairing damaged hair, but I think it's good for the scalp. I want to keep using it during the summer. (My hair type) - Thin hair, not much volume - Flat top - Dry scalp, itchy (Good points) - No more itching - Smooth hair - Conditioner is OK to apply to scalp - Low irritation (Not so good points) - Doesn't lather much - Expensive! Is it because it's made in America?
It's been a while since I last used Aveda, and the trial was so good that I decided to buy the full-sized product along with the scalp cleanser from the same line. It looks thick when you pick it up, but after washing it feels clean and not squeaky. My hair also feels light and fluffy. The refreshing, minty herb scent is not sweet, and I don't think I'll get tired of it, so I'll keep using it until the end.
I think people who like smooth hair will like this. The shampoo has a fine lather and cleanses thoroughly. The treatment is surprisingly thick. It is essential to use the two-item set. I like that all the items are silicone-free. I have semi-long hair and use 10ml at a time. I plan to use up the entire product in 20 days.
I used the mini size that came with the scalp cleanser I purchased. First of all, the shampoo is surprisingly hard to lather! Even on days when I didn't use any styling products, it was still hard to lather. Since it doesn't lather at all, you end up using a lot of it, so it's not cost-effective. (It's expensive to begin with.) It probably won't last a month (>. <") However, the conditioner is good! It's the type that you put on your scalp, and it leaves your hair smooth and shiny after washing♪ The overall cost-effectiveness is low, so I won't buy it.
