I bought this because I heard it was good for tightening pores and eliminating stickiness. I've been using the first one for about half a month now. When you apply this, it absorbs sebum and other substances from the surface of the skin, making it very smooth. It doesn't penetrate the skin, but rather covers the surface of the skin with very fine powder. I didn't feel any dryness. If this state lasts for a long time, it will last for several hours, so I think it's good for preventing shine and stickiness. However, I'm not sure about the pore tightening effect. For now, my honest impression is, "Isn't it just that you're applying very fine sebum absorbing powder?" I don't think that sebum absorption alone will fundamentally improve shine and stickiness, so I was hoping that it would also tighten pores. Maybe it will be effective if I continue to use it for a longer period of time. Personally, the biggest problem is the feel of the product. If you apply too much or apply it unevenly, it will stand out clearly and white. Even if it doesn't stand out white, it will peel off like white eraser dust later. This was the case even within the expiration date, and even within a week of purchasing and opening at a Fancl physical store, so this is probably the product's specifications. If it peels off along with anything you put on top of it (sunscreen, etc.), I can't use it during the day. I try to use it only at night. I'll try to use it up for now, but I won't be buying it again.
I really love it and have been using it for about 10 years, even though I have been cheating on it with other products. If I apply too much, it dries out my skin and makes my pores more noticeable, so I dab a small amount on my nose. I have skin that tends to produce sebum easily in the T-zone, but this is useful because it makes it better.
My oily T-zone is gone! It doesn't feel powdery or like it's filling up my pores, it's just a normal serum, so why? I use it in the morning before applying makeup, but during the day, I don't feel as much effect because I put on makeup base, but I was so impressed with how it made my skin look when I woke up, so I'll buy it again!
I bought this because a similar House of Rose product was discontinued. It has a similar sebum absorbing powder that makes your skin smooth. I wish the opening of the tube was thinner. You only need it on your nose, so a lot of it comes out. I also apply the rest to my forehead, but half the amount is enough. If this could be improved, I would like it even more.
