It makes your under-eye bags plump. It's very cute. The color is good.
It's easy to use and doesn't clog up your eyelids! I've used a lot of eye bag pencils, but this one is the easiest to use. It's easy to apply with just a light application, so it doesn't put much strain on the skin, but it lasts a long time, which is nice. I'd like to buy this cosmetic again!
