I use it with a lip liner. It evens out the color of my lips and is perfect as a base for gloss. The price is also good, so I'm glad I bought it.
I don't like matte lipsticks, but I really like the plump finish of this one! However, it's drying, so it's hard to use lol I don't use it very often, but it's a color I like and want to use occasionally. I want to use it after taking care of vertical wrinkles!
