It warms up gently and removes makeup beautifully. I use a different remover for mascara, so I'm not sure if it will remove mascara, but so far I've had no trouble removing other makeup. It doesn't leave a sticky feeling or dry skin after washing. I also like that there's no need to double cleanse! I think it's great for this price and how easy it is to use. Rather than buying it again when I run out, I'll buy more before I run out!

I used a sample I got at Tokyu Hands. It's thicker than regular oil cleansers, and has a texture similar to a gel. It has a nice refreshing scent like yuzu peel. I've never tried a steamer cleanser, so I don't know if it's like a steamer cleanser, but it removes makeup well, and the feeling after washing is more refreshing than moisturizing, so I was impressed.
