Moisturizing hand cream, 50g, Citrus Orange

No matter how much I apply it, nothing changes. It feels moist when I put it on my hands, but it only feels moist for a few seconds after I apply it, and then it dries quickly. It's a shame because the reviews were good. I still have a lot left, so I don't know what to do with it.

I find it useful when I'm job hunting or in the winter when static electricity is so bad. I don't usually wear it that much because my hair is thin, but it gives a nice finish when I tie my hair up.
