I think this is the best value for money cleansing balm. I don't know about mascara because I use a special remover, but I think it removes makeup well. The scent may be a matter of personal preference.
I'm buying it again. My skin is happy with it, so I'll keep using it. It doesn't irritate my skin, has a weak fragrance, and spreads well, so it feels good when you glide it over your skin. My skin is tired after a long day today.
It's not just cheap, it's also an excellent balm. I've heard that CEZANNE makes inexpensive, high-quality cosmetics by using clever packaging. That being said, the packaging is impeccable, and the makeup removal is impeccable. To be really picky, I think it's less effective at removing dirt from pores and smoothing skin texture than a reasonably priced cleansing balm. But it's enough, and I think you can use a more expensive balm occasionally and CEZANNE's will suffice for the rest of the time. It's cheap and easy to buy, so I'd like to keep it in stock at all times.
The price is cheap, so I honestly thought it would be fine if I could use it temporarily, and I didn't have high expectations. But it exceeded my expectations. As the name suggests, it removes makeup while moisturizing. It's the best. I want to buy it again.
