I've been using this for about five years, and when I changed to a different cleanser and facial cleanser, my skin started to get really dry, so I tried a few other products and eventually came back to this. It creates a rich lather, and since I don't wear makeup that's hard to remove, I only need this one bottle for cleansing, and it's easy on the skin. For those who can remove their makeup with this, I think it's great value for money.
I don't know if it will remove heavy eye makeup, but it will remove light makeup. It doesn't lather well, but it doesn't dry out the skin, so I like it.
