It's very smooth and prevents stickiness even after sweating. It leaves a slight cooling sensation immediately after application. It's a must-have for the summer. It's a limited edition product, but I'd like to have it again next summer. I think it's smoother than Innisfree.
In the end, I ended up collecting the entire series of cool types. The base, powder, and spray don't have the cool feeling that people say they do, but if I had to say, I'd say the powder is the coolest out of the three. I bought it because I heard it would keep your makeup from coming off, but I'm not sure. I use MUFE's smooth powder in the summer on areas that are likely to come off, so maybe that's why I'm being so harsh on my reviews. The particles feel coarse and it doesn't feel very smooth when you apply it. But it's good considering it's so cheap. It's a size that you can use up in one season, it's portable, and the design is cute. So I'm glad I bought it. The puff is small but thick and feels nice. The scent is definitely like toothpaste.
It's very smooth! It didn't feel cool at all, but I was worried that the cooling ingredients would sting, so it was actually good. It dries out my skin, so I only apply it to areas where I'm concerned about sebum and sweat. The powder is light blue, but it doesn't have much coverage, so the color is barely there. The no-sebum powder was rough and not very good, but this one has fine particles, is smooth, and is comfortable to use.
I purchased this together with the cool base. Firstly, the container is difficult to use. The hole from which the powder comes out is large, so even when you use a puff, it tends to come out in a big gush. The powder is smooth but doesn't blend in that well. It dries out so I plan to only use it around my nose.
It didn't feel very cool, but it didn't crumble easily.
