I usually use Excel loose powder, but I wanted a small solid size for travel, so I bought this. Since it contains pearls, I was worried that it would shine when I tried it on my hands, but when I put it on my face, it blends in at all and doesn't shine, so it doesn't stand out. It doesn't apply well with the included brush, so I used Rosie Rosa's fluffy puff to apply it, which gives it a moist and smooth finish. It's very light and fine, and doesn't dry out. After a day, there was no dullness, and my nose was a little shiny? I think that's unavoidable, so I think it's fine if I cover the sebum with base makeup. I'll take it with me on my trip.
I apply it on top of Curel BB. It's not bad, but it does make my skin look a little white. Lines appear on the corners of my eyes.
Overall, I think Excel is a stable, affordable brand. I recommend it to people who like a natural finish and a clean look. It's good for serious situations like office casual or job hunting, and for people with serious jobs because it doesn't feel like heavy makeup. If you apply the base and foundation properly, you won't have to worry about creasing or crumbling.
It doesn't dry out my skin and gives it just the right amount of shine. The price was also reasonable so I'm glad I bought it!
It seems to effectively hide the roughness of skin texture caused by aging. It feels light on the skin, but the coverage and shine are better than I expected. I'll try using it for a while.
