It was so moist and spreadable that I thought it was skin care. It is a versatile base that feels light on the skin and prepares the skin for easy makeup application. It does not have a sunscreen effect, but it does protect the skin from pollen, dust, and other fine particles. It leaves a smooth finish, but it also contains moisturizing ingredients so it does not dry out or crumble. It prepares the skin for smooth, easy makeup application.
It feels like a light milky lotion. I bought this because I didn't like the foundation on the tip of my nose when I took off my mask. I was worried that it would really stop the foundation from falling into my pores because it feels so light on the skin, but it definitely didn't. The ones I've used before were a bit of a hard balm, so it felt like I was filling my pores with a transparent balm and then putting foundation on top of it, but this one doesn't feel like it's filling my pores at all and goes on lightly. I was lucky to be able to buy the trial size cheaply using a coupon this time, but it's not cheap, so I only use it on the tip of my nose and between my eyebrows. I'll probably buy it again if I can withstand midsummer.
It leaves your skin feeling super smooth! It has a nice herbal scent. It's colorless, but it leaves your skin feeling smooth and white.
If you apply it to sticky areas such as your nose and forehead in the morning, you can simply press it down with a tissue in the evening to return it to a smooth texture. It also doesn't fall into pores, which is great, even when you apply cushion foundation over it.
It's a light pink color and highly moisturizing makeup base. Makeup lasts very well after application.
