When I use it as a lipstick base, my lips don't dry out as easily. I also like the high-end looking packaging.
Even when I applied it before going to bed, my lips were still moisturized until morning! My dry lips were also improved.
It feels more luxurious than regular lip balms and the moisturizing effect lasts longer. I wanted the limited edition version, but unfortunately I didn't get it in time.
For the price, it's neither good nor bad. It has a light texture, and I got the impression that it provides temporary protection for the lips, rather than moisturizing them, and can be used to prevent dryness.
It's pretty good! I've used light lip bases before, but this one is moisturizing and good for this time of year. I've been using lip liner lately, but I apply this after the lip liner, leave it for a while, then put on lipstick and finish with gloss. If I use lipstick right after applying this, it doesn't sit properly, so if I leave it for a while before applying lipstick, it settles in quite nicely. It's moist, but not sticky. However, it doesn't stay moist forever, so I use it again when I need to reapply. It's tasteless and odorless, and I don't smell anything from the material, so I don't feel any discomfort when I apply it. It didn't itch. I didn't buy it because I particularly wanted it, but it was unexpectedly good, so I use two, one for home and one for my pouch.
