I trust La Roche-Posay as a makeup base, so I chose this lip balm as well. It moisturizes when you apply it, but I wish it lasted a little longer. Even if I don't lick it or drink anything, it feels tight pretty quickly. That's why I reapply it several times a day. I like that it's fragrance-free and doesn't have a strange taste or oily smell. I have fairly sensitive skin, but it doesn't irritate me.
I bought La Roche-Posay because it is gentle on the skin. It is highly moisturizing and easy to use. I have been using it for a while, and it works great as a base for lipstick, keeps my lips smooth and doesn't peel.
If you don't hold the product properly, the lipstick will go back to its original shape when you apply pressure. The texture is soft and not irritating at all, and it feels moisturizing.
I can recommend all La Roche-Posay products. The texture of the lipstick is a little hard, so I wonder if it puts more strain on the lips than other soft medicated lipsticks. Of course, it's fine. If they made a gloss-type medicated lipstick, I'd use it all year round.
I bought this at a drugstore while traveling in France. It has just the right consistency, is odorless, and highly moisturizing. It keeps your skin moisturized for a long time. It's not sticky, so it's great for moisturizing before applying lipstick. I also recommend using it before going to bed. I was surprised when I saw the price after returning home. But the product itself is highly recommended!
