It has moisturizing properties, but since it is a lotion, it is not sticky and is easy to use. The scent is refreshing, so I think it can be used by both men and women. However, the scent is strong (almost like perfume), so I think it cannot be used in workplaces where perfume is not allowed. I felt that it is necessary to be careful of the time, place, and occasion when using it.
I can sleep relaxed surrounded by a nice scent. It was expensive and I couldn't afford it at first, but I'm glad I bought it because I got points back.
