The instructions say to use the appropriate amount (1 or 2 pumps), but I feel like that's not enough. I think 3 pumps would be best. It removed old dead skin cells and the stiffness around my nose was gone, but I felt a little irritation. Considering the irritation and cost-effectiveness, I plan to use it a few times a week. If I were to buy it again, I would probably buy it as part of the entire line because the cream was so good.
