I was looking for an inexpensive cushion foundation that I could use on days when I wasn't sure if I would be going out, and I found this. It has great coverage and is easy to use without needing a base for the cushion foundation, so it's great. You have to use a small amount or it will end up looking too thick, but it's better than the price would suggest. It's also moisturizing, so it's perfect for my dry skin. I've bought it many times.
I received a product from the same series as the first cushion foundation I purchased. When I used it again after a long time, I found that it held up well, had good coverage, and was easy to use, so I decided to buy it again.
The coverage is less than I expected, so it may be difficult to use it alone. It also hides redness and makes the foundation look like it's floating, so I guess face powder is essential.
I've been using multiple Korean brand cushions for about two years, so this is a memorandum review. As a result, I'm lowering the star rating from 3 to 2. It didn't fall into my pores, but it was dry. The texture is similar to the old foundation that doesn't come off, the type that has two layers of powder and water and you shake it on, so after a while the water evaporates, only the powder remains and it hardens and wrinkles. This is a linen review from June 2023. It is said to be equivalent to size 21, but it feels whiter than size 21 from other manufacturers. This is my first Clio cushion, but I'm finally getting used to it. With my skin, just because it's a cushion doesn't mean you can just smear it on and be done with it. Take care of pores and dryness with a base. Apply thinly. Lightly press with a potato starch-based powder such as Lif Powder. Apply Fix Mist and press with a sponge. If you don't go through these steps, it will fall into your pores in the evening, the dry areas will have dead skin cells, and in severe cases, scales (polka dots) will appear. It's not a time saver, and it's actually harder to use than liquid foundation. I have refills, so I'm trying my best, but it's exhausting. Maybe it's because I have dry and mature skin.
I bought it because I thought the packaging was cute♪ It gives a semi-matte finish and doesn't dry out my skin. The coverage is stronger than I expected, so I only need to use concealer when my dark circles are really bad! It didn't feel like I was wearing too much makeup, which was good, but I'm not sure if I'll buy it again.
