Generally, I think that scrubs made for the face are not very effective, but this product caused peeling soon after using it, so I think that it is quite effective. However, it dries out my skin quite a bit, so I have to work hard to moisturize it or my skin will become shriveled. Therefore, I don't really feel like it has removed the dullness, the container is difficult to use, and the scent smells like herbs (apparently it's lavender?), so I don't plan on buying it again.

Kiehl's Botanical Cleansing was really good, so I was looking forward to the face wash, but it was just a normal feeling to use. It had a lot of scrubs in it, and I remembered that I used to use scrubs a lot when I was younger (lol). Now I'm worried that the grains might damage my skin. Of course, it says to avoid the area around your eyes so the grains don't get in your eyes, but it's a bit of a hassle to avoid the area around your eyes when washing your face. After washing, I didn't feel smooth, considering the grains, so I don't think I'd go out of my way to choose this product.

I received a tester at the store, so I tried it out. It contains a scrub, but it creates a fluffy foam so you can wash gently. I've only used it once, so I'm not sure, but it feels like it made my skin smoother.

My comedones have disappeared!! I didn't feel any irritation, so that's one of my favorite things about it! However, since it contains a scrub, I'd like to use it at intervals.

I only use this face wash in the morning. At night, I use an oil cleanser, so the next face wash I use is a gentle one.
