I warm it up a little in my palm before applying it. It's not sticky and feels comfortable to use. It's expensive, but since it's something you touch directly, I think it's reasonable considering the ingredients and safety. I use it in conjunction with the foam soap. I've heard that it has also reduced vaginal discharge.
