I've been using this product countless times since I was in my 20s. I use the smooth version in the summer and the moist version in the winter. Steven Knoll is really excellent and is very easy to use, even for my hard hair. Even when my hair is hard to manage in the morning, I can spray this on it and lightly blow dry it, and it's amazing how it makes it really smooth and manageable. I think I'll be using this product for a long time to come.
I bought this because I was worried about my hair being dry. I think spraying it on my hair a few times after towel drying it and then blow drying it helps reduce the dryness. It's also convenient to be able to spray it when you wake up in the morning to fix your hair!
If you use this after using an in-bath product from another company, your hair will become dry, so you will need to add milk, but if you use it together with Nol's in-bath product, the unique hardened texture will loosen and become soft and fluffy, so your hair will stay moisturized all day without dryness. Hydration is necessary.
I'm back lol. When I used it for the first time, the smell was strong, and it must have had a lot of silicone in it, because if it got on the floor it would make it slippery, and I didn't want to buy it again. The spray bottle was also hard to use because it was angular, and the stopper would get stuck on it so easily, which made it hard to use either. I tried another product, and noticed that this one made my hair smoother and easier to manage. It seems to suit my type of hair, which tends to get tangled. The smell is strong. However, it's not that unpleasant, and after a while it's almost gone. Anyway, if you want smooth hair, it might be worth trying. Just be careful not to get it on the floor lol.
