When I apply this, it warms up my skin and I feel like it might be effective, but I'm not sure how effective it is. But it does make my skin smooth. I bought it for the purpose of slimming, but it didn't work so well, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.
I bought it because it said it was a warming massage gel, but I didn't feel much warmth or slimming effect. The scrub particles are too big and painful, so I don't think it's suitable for massage. The scent isn't very good, so I couldn't use it all up.

The salt grains were too big, so it was too painful to use in the shower >< I read reviews and it seems like the chilli peppers have a slimming effect, so maybe I'll pull it out and use it again. Maybe it'll work if I use it as a pack?!
I bought it because it was cheap and I expected it to be very effective, but the warming effect was not that great and to be honest it was a bit questionable. I won't be buying it again.
