I bought it a while ago, but I waited until it got cold to use it because it was supposed to be warm. As instructed, take a cherry-sized amount in your dry hands, rub your hands together, and then blend it with your makeup. It felt a little rough, but I just kept rolling it around until it blended in. You'll feel the warmth right away. I've used other companies' warm cleansers before, so I could imagine what it would be like, but I think first-time users will be a little surprised by how warm it is. Even with heavy makeup like glitter eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and eyebrow mascara, it came off properly, probably because I blended it in carefully. It takes a little effort to wash it off (you have to rinse it many times), but it doesn't leave any stickiness and it doesn't make your skin feel tight, which is good. You don't need to wash your face twice. However, the cleansing balm I usually use is more cost-effective, so I don't think I'll bother to buy this one again. It looks like it'll be hot in the summer.
I used the sample size. It was my first time using a hot cleanser, and it was so hot rather than just warm that I was a little worried. I used it as a face wash in the morning, so I'm not sure if it would remove my makeup, but the texture of the gel makes it difficult to emulsify, and it just washes off as is, so I felt it was a bit of a tricky situation.

I received a sample last year. It was good for me. The texture was thick, the scent was ginger, and after washing, my skin felt moisturized. As I was washing, my face gradually got warmer and I felt like my makeup was being removed well. In fact, my skin felt good and it felt good.
