Purchased at a drugstore. It's a shame that you can't use it on wet hands, but it's still pretty good. It warms up your skin. However, it doesn't come off very well. I have to cleanse twice to get it off. I've used a lot of products that make you warm, but this one didn't come off as well. It didn't remove dirt from my pores. But it's cheap, so I guess that's to be expected.
I was looking for a cheap hot cleansing gel and found this at a drugstore, so I bought it. It's a pretty hard gel, so it's hard to get out of the tube and takes a while to absorb, but once it does, it comes off properly and it's quite warm and feels good, so I use it while massaging. (I wear heavy makeup. ) It doesn't seem to require washing my face, but I like to wash it off thoroughly after cleansing, so I wash my face separately. I haven't had any problems so far, but it gets quite warm, so if you have sensitive skin, it may sting, so be careful.
I've been using oil cleansing products, but since I only use sunscreen and powder, I thought I didn't need much cleansing power, so I bought this the other day and tried it. It didn't spread as well on my face as when I tried it on the back of my hand. The warming sensation was okay. I didn't wear heavy makeup, so I couldn't tell if it had a cleansing effect, but I was used to oil, so it somehow felt unsatisfying. After washing, there was a sticky feeling (moisturizing?), and although it said that double cleansing was not necessary, I did double cleansing. I won't be buying it again.
I was worried about blackheads on my nose, and this got into my eyes, so I bought a bottle to try out. I use it in the bathroom. I only apply it to my nose. I leave it on for about 1-2 minutes, wash it with lukewarm water, and when I look in the mirror, there's still a little left, but it's mostly gone. Just to be safe, I wash my face with LUSH's bar soap, and the blackheads are completely gone. I like it so much that I'm thinking of buying another one when I run out. (The warming gel feels hot, so it may feel quite hot to some people. )
I bought this because I wanted to try hot cleansing. It warms up the skin, but it doesn't remove my makeup. Also, when I apply it to my skin, my lips tingle. After rinsing, my lips feel tight, so I don't think I'll use it again.
