I bought this for perms. I thought it would be easy to use because it is often used at the salon I usually go to :-) It looks really cute :-) I guess it's because of the image of Neko Custard, but it feels and looks like custard cream. I use two pumps for semi-long hair. It doesn't have much moisture, so it doesn't give you a strong curl, but it gives you a fluffy finish :-)♪ The smell lasts quite a long time. I think there are a certain number of people who don't like it (. ) I'm not sure if I should buy it again.
