The glitter is very pretty. I tried using a brush because I thought it might be unhygienic to apply it as is, but the glitter blends in better with my fingers. It adheres better than powder. The fine glitter gives a natural shine.
I bought the one that wasn't GD. This is my first stick-type highlighter. It's not too shiny, so it's perfect for office makeup! It doesn't dry out and it brightens naturally!
As everyone's reviews say, my first impression was that it was small! But I can't always use up all my makeup, and this size is good for carrying around. It gives a better finish if you apply it quickly with your fingers rather than directly on the skin, and the color blends in easily, so it's easy to use. However, when I use it on my nose, I'm worried about it getting into my pores, which may be due to the compatibility with my foundation.
I'm good at everything from glitter to glitter. However, I'm in my 50s and I'm starting to worry about wrinkles around my eyes, between my eyebrows, and slightly below the eyes. It seems that pores can sometimes be more noticeable, so I bought a highlighter that isn't too strong, not the GD version of RMK. It's a little smaller than Lip Monster and has a simpler package. There's no particular smell. I take it on my little finger and apply it to part of the bridge of my nose, around the corners of my eyes, and sometimes in the hollows of my chin. The pink gold-like color is not too pink or yellow, so I think it's easy for anyone to use. I especially recommend it for people who want to apply pinpoint highlights, but don't want a lot of glitter. It goes on smoothly pretty quickly, so it doesn't stay sticky and annoying! However, if you want to use it over a wide area, powder is easier and faster? The stick-type highlighter I was considering buying other than this one is more than twice the amount and is a great deal. It seems to deteriorate faster than powder, so the small size (3.4g at most) was also a reason for deciding to buy it.
I bought this to carry around with me. If I apply it directly from the stick to my skin, sometimes I get too much, so I take it on my fingers and then apply it. It instantly brightens up my face, so it's very convenient to carry around.
