I saved up points and exchanged them at the counter, but I loved it so much I bought it again and again.
I've been using SK-II for 7 years. This is a thick gel that blends in very well with the skin and I feel like it removes makeup without putting a strain on the skin. Other companies' cleansers can make my skin feel tight, but this doesn't make my skin feel tight at all. I always wear natural makeup, so this is enough for me, but I don't think this can remove eye makeup or dark lipstick, so I recommend removing that separately before using this product. I'm moving away from SK-II to other cosmetics due to age issues, but I want to keep using this cleanser.
This is my first purchase. I was unsure about which cleanser to use, so I bought SK2, thinking it would be okay. It feels gentle on the skin, but it doesn't seem to remove much. (I don't think it's left behind, though.) I often use cleansing oils and balms, so I feel like this is a little lacking.
I have always had dry skin, and when I first started using this product, my skin condition was so bad that the tip of my nose peeled off, probably because of the mask, but as soon as I started using this cleanser, it improved. Whenever I used oil cleansers to remove my makeup, my skin would dry out after a bath, but this product left my skin moisturized, which I was impressed with. This was my first time using a gel-type cleanser, but it spreads well, blends in without putting a strain on the skin, and was able to remove makeup thoroughly. However, for a cleanser that costs 5,000 yen, I personally find it difficult to buy it again, and the container is more troublesome to use than pump or tube types, which is disappointing. If you are concerned about dryness caused by cleansing and are willing to spend time and effort, I think it's worth trying.
I've been using this for over 5 years now. I sometimes switch to other products, but I always come back to this one. It's SK-II after all. I think this product is better at cleansing than Pitera.
