I used a small amount and gently rubbed it onto my skin, and although it did remove the blackheads from my nose temporarily, they soon returned. I have sensitive skin, so after a little use it caused some irritation.

I'm the type of person who gets welts immediately even from the slightest irritation, like removing hair from my face or scratching a little, but this didn't work, so I think it's less irritating than it feels on the skin. It's always ranked highly, so I feel like I had high expectations, but my impression after using it is that it's neither good nor bad. If I felt roughness on my skin, I would have felt the effect, but for better or worse, my skin feels much better, so I think there are small changes happening in the microscopic world that I can't feel.
