I bought this because I was using the same Heavy Rotation eyebrow mascara. I think it's great that you can choose the color to match your eyebrow mascara.
I use Heavy Rotation eyebrow mascara, but I've never used their pencil, so I bought this. The tip is thin and soft, so it's easy to apply. If you apply too much pressure, it will become too thick, so I'm careful. It comes with a screw brush, so it's very useful as you can adjust the flow of the hair, apply, and blend. It's difficult to apply the entire eyebrow with just this one brush, so I use it after applying eyebrow powder. I think it's an easy-to-use product, so I'd like to buy it again.
It was easy to use and the colors were nice! However, if I had to say something, I think it would be easier to use if the tip was a little thinner!
There are so many colors in the color lineup that I like, so it's hard to choose. It's cheap and good. It's a little sensitive to rubbing, but if you have strong eyebrows, I think it's okay because it's less likely to rub. I have some areas where I don't have any eyebrows, so that's where it disappeared, which is a shame.
I bought this when I bought Heavy Rotation's eyebrow mascara 03! If you use eyebrow mascara and then use this to fill in any areas of your eyebrows that are lacking, they will look great. I recommend buying them as a set! The price is also reasonable, so I'll be buying it again!
