It's moist, so you can apply it to sagging eyes without any burden. It doesn't feel oily like regular eye creams, but it doesn't dry out and I didn't get any rashes. Does it give you a little firmness? Maybe wrinkles will look thinner if you get firmness? It has a subtle effect. I don't think the sagging and eye bags under the eyes will improve dramatically unless you undergo cosmetic medical treatment, but I'm reluctant to have surgery, so I'll continue using it for a while to at least prevent the sagging and wrinkles from getting worse. If you apply too much before makeup, it will flake even after it dries completely, or even if it doesn't flake, it will make your foundation crease easily.
I received this from @cosme. Here are my impressions after using it for a month. I didn't notice any effect on the sagging under my eyes. The moisturizing power is not enough, but it feels light to use, so I think it's good for moisturizing under the eyes before applying makeup. A small amount goes a long way.
I've only just started using it, but it feels fresh and spreads well when applied. It feels a bit cool. I'm quite concerned about dark circles under my eyes, so I'd like to continue using it for a while.
The biggest problem I've had lately is dullness or sagging under my eyes, so I found this and bought it immediately! I'm almost done with the first bottle, but I haven't seen any visible results yet. The product itself spreads well and is inexpensive, so I think it's great value for money. I massage my skin in while using it, and I think it's just a little firmer. I'm going to buy a second bottle and see how it goes.
This is my third time buying this product as it suits me very well. I was surprised at the bad reviews. I was worried about the dry fine lines under my eyes, but they became less noticeable after continued use! By the way, I also apply it to my nasolabial folds to prevent them from getting worse lol. I use two pumps on each side, but it spreads well and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. It does have an alcoholic taste, so it feels cool. I'm sad that it's not popular and is no longer sold at my local pharmacy. I think the cost performance is not bad, so if you see it, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
