I've been using it for about two weeks now, and it's a light milky lotion that feels a bit like a thick toner. You may like or dislike the scent. I use both the toner and the whole line, so I don't know which is more effective, but I feel like my redness has subsided. However, I haven't noticed any effect on my enlarged pores, which I had high hopes for. If there's any change by the time I finish the bottle, I'll consider repurchasing it.
