A frictionless CICA toner that does not require wiping off, which refines the skin texture and makes it smooth and moisturized. In addition to CICA, it contains panthenol (a skin conditioning ingredient) that locks in moisture and makes the skin healthy, and PHA (gluconolactone), a low-irritation exfoliating ingredient, making it a gentle lotion that can provide three types of care: skin texture care, skin roughness care, and moisture replenishment. Recommended for those with combination skin who are troubled by greasiness, or those who want to care for skin roughness caused by external environments such as dryness and UV rays.
