The makeup did not come off. There was a little bit of makeup left. I especially use it for cleansing around my nose, where there is still makeup from the previous time. Now I don't use it to remove makeup, but as a regular face wash. I started using it in the summer, and I didn't notice anything. It may dry out in the fall, but I'll have to try it out to see. I wonder if it will come off if I only use a soap-removable sunscreen? If you wear regular makeup, you will need to use a cleanser. If it doesn't suit your skin, you can use it to remove body sunscreen. To be honest, with this level of cleansing power, I think it would be fine to use other foam face washes. It can be bought for under 1,000 yen, and although it's not great as a makeup remover, I think it's a good, affordable face wash.
When I used it for the first time, I was impressed by how it brightened my skin tone, so I bought it again for occasional use, but it dried out my skin after using it every day. It was supposed to be able to remove makeup, so maybe it was a bit too harsh. It's good for those lazy days, but not suitable for daily use. It's useful for removing makeup that you have on hand.
I use foam face wash almost every morning because it's convenient and saves time, but I also use it at night because it can even remove makeup! It doesn't remove eye makeup, and there was a slimy feeling because there was still some oil left from the foundation.
I gave up on making the foam myself and decided to use the foam type. It doesn't dry out the skin and the dense foam makes for a fluffy wash. It doesn't have any particular scent, so I think it can be used by anyone.
It comes out as foam, so it's perfect for busy mornings! It's not so good as a makeup remover. It can remove light base makeup. I think it's best to use it as a regular face wash. I don't think you need to wash too much, but I wish the foam was a little thicker. I like foam face washes, but this one didn't feel that great.
