It moisturizes and can be used as a gloss, so it's great! It doesn't irritate my skin, and I don't really know what plumper is, but I personally like the feel of it. However, while I didn't mind the scent, my boyfriend didn't seem to like it.
The cooling sensation isn't that strong, so it was a little disappointing for me as I like plumpers with a stronger stimulation.
