I don't like the scent. It has a sweet coconut with a slightly sour smell that makes me hate using it. My hair becomes soft after washing, but it's not great for color care. I bought Color Conserve because I heard it was discontinued, but I won't be buying it again. I hope they restock Color Conserve.

I usually use the same AVEDA Color Conserve Conditioner, but when I ran out, I decided to try this one. It's smooth and gives my hair a glossy finish, and I feel it's a little more moisturized than Color Conserve. It's an aroma blend of Osmanthus, orange, cypress, and cedarwood. It's a lot more natural and close to the usual Osmanthus scent, but I think it's a bit unique. By the way, I love the scent of Osmanthus flowers. I've been using AVEDA's hair care series for over 10 years, such as Shampure, Sap Moss, Rosemary Mint, Damage Remedy, and Invati Advanced, but the scents of the colored packages these days are unique. Invati Advanced, this Color Control, and the Botanical Repair series, for example. I thought it was a little strong when I first used it. If I continue to use it and the color lasts well, I'll switch from Color Conserve to this one, but I'm still thinking about it because the scent is unique.

I've only used up the shampoo. I was also using the conditioner, but I still have some left. It's said to improve color retention, and it certainly did seem to make the color last a little longer. It wasn't so obvious, but I might notice it if I switch to a different shampoo. After washing, my hair felt quite moisturized, which was a little different from what I liked.
