I have dry skin, but I was able to use it. I was a little surprised by the refreshing feeling when I applied it to my skin, but it wasn't too harsh, so it felt nice. The instructions said that it could be used even with wet hands, so I removed my makeup in the bath, washed my face, and then lightly dried my hands and face with a towel before using it. Small residue came out, so I was able to use it without any problems even with slightly wet hands. When I washed it off with hot water, my skin felt smooth, without being tight. It seems that it can be used on the body, such as the décolleté and arms, other than the face, so I will try using it from time to time.
I have hay fever and masks get stuffy, so I decided to buy this. It doesn't feel too tight and is good value for money.
I bought a trial size for about 450 yen and used it. To be honest, I don't think it removed the blackheads from my pores. But it did remove some of the roughness from my skin.
