I bought it because I was interested in using the tester! The powder looked sparkly, but the finish was soft and matte, with just the right amount of coverage. It slightly tones up the skin. The puff is fluffy and super soft, and I think it's a good value for the money. It doesn't seem to have a scent. I noticed a little pores over time. Other than the above, it was much better than I expected. I'm considering buying it again because I want to see how it works with other foundations.
It leaves a glossy finish, but it didn't suit my skin tone. It turned yellow all over and the color of my hands and neck didn't match. I liked that the puff was fluffy and big, so I could put it all over my face! Maybe a natural color would suit me better.
Recently, toning up is the mainstream in base makeup, so bright colors are also popular for face powder. In contrast, this powder is more of a skin color, or rather a natural color. I use it when I want to finish with a natural skin color without looking white. It has a moist powder texture. It contains the beauty serum ingredient Lipidure, so it doesn't dry out easily. It's a loose powder, so it doesn't have much coverage, but it's appropriate since you use it over a base or foundation. However, although it's supposed to be the "gloss" type of the two types, matte and gloss, it doesn't look very glossy. It contains fine pearl particles that shimmer, but it looks like glitter and doesn't look glossy. The dark color and lack of gloss make it not very modern. It seems to have been more than 10 years since the renewal, so makeup trends have changed in that time.
The large, soft puff makes it easy to blend the powder into your cheeks and forehead! However, it may be a little difficult to use around the nose and eyes. I have combination skin, which is very oily in the T-zone in spring and summer, but very dry on my cheeks. (In autumn and winter, my skin is generally dry. ) When I used it on my cheeks, I didn't feel any dryness even after wearing it all day! It doesn't flake and my skin is nice and smooth!! However, in the oily areas of the T-zone (especially around the nose), I started to notice my makeup coming off by the evening, so I think it's best to use it in autumn and winter, or on areas where you're concerned about dryness!
